The team

People are the main asset of the organization and the educational project. Their professionalism, involvement, and commitment combine with a close, human, and direct approach — the foundation of the centre’s relational culture. Individual responsibility impacts collective commitment in favor of coexistence and cooperation.

We have a team of one hundred and sixty-three people between management , services and teaching who are at the service of learning, which is our reason for being. A team with a great knowledge of professional technical skills, and prepared with tools for the personal, academic and work guidance and support of students.

Our educational model requires that teachers are constantly at the forefront of pedagogical innovation and undergo constant training in methodology, new technologies and tools for life, which include personal, social and communication skills .

At JOVIAT we believe that all people are agents of change. For this reason, we choose a new way of being more conscious and responsible , and we create new ways of relating to become references and models for a new society focused on the common good.
