L’HOSTAL

At L’HOSTAL, you can enjoy a wide-ranging culinary offering that embraces a rich variety of homemade dishes and flavours from around the world. A space where tradition and local roots blend with the latest gastronomic trends.

The students lead this gastronomic space: they manage and prepare the menus during the days before the service, applying different culinary techniques proposed by the teachers. During the service, they are also responsible for explaining each dish, pairing it and providing all the attention that the clientele needs.

ENTRY TIME for lunch: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

We offer a menu that changes every three weeks.

LOCAL

LOCAL is a casual, fun and agile restaurant concept, with dishes made with local and seasonal products from the region.

Students learn about the importance of gastronomy linked to the landscape because they know the product and the producer, become aware of its traceability and recognize the difficulties linked to temporality and environment.

ENTRY TIME for lunch: Thursday and Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

  • Each year, students assume a role that they must develop daily and on a rotating basis.
  • We are committed to moving towards a renewed food awareness, promoting the use of organic and local products.
  • The heart of the kitchen lies in the area where ingredients are handled, following the strict standards of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in every stage of ingredient processing.
