At JOVIAT you have the option of taking the American Baccalaureate. The official program for international validation of high school diplomas created and developed by Academica .
If you’re planning to study upper secondary education, we offer you the opportunity to obtain the American diploma at the same time, by completing just 6 online subjects over the course of 4, 3, or 2 years starting from 2nd year of ESO. You can take it simultaneously with your regular secondary education.
Dual Diploma, 1 program with 3 main goals:
- Language immersion
The program is conducted 100% in English and goes far beyond just language learning. You’ll think and work in English, participate in masterclasses and live sessions with other students, communicate daily with native-speaking teachers, become more autonomous, and increase your confidence and fluency.
- Technological immersion
You will master the use of the most advanced digital learning technologies.
- Personal immersion
You will develop responsibility and maturity in your work, with a high level of autonomy. You’ll learn to manage your time effectively, improve your adaptability and flexibility to work in different and multicultural environments.
Two optional weekly support hours
JOVIAT will provide two optional weekly support hours with a mentor to help you solve doubts and work together on key concepts, either online or in person at our center.
Curriculum
You will earn the Dual Diploma with 6 subjects.
The international agreements established by Academica, along with the program’s educational excellence, will allow you to obtain the maximum possible credit recognition: 75% of the 24 credits required to earn the American High School Diploma.
Of these 6 subjects, 4 are part of the core curriculum and 2 are electives, giving you the opportunity to take highly engaging courses not typically offered in the European curriculum. This allows you to expand your vocabulary and knowledge in areas such as Digital Photography, Criminology, or Psychology, among others.

Facilities, materials, and resources are constantly reviewed, developed, and improved to align with the pedagogical model and the needs of each learning process, ensuring a complete theoretical and practical education for all students.
