The Higher Level Vocational Training program in Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory is designed to train professionals qualified to work in clinical diagnostics, research, and biomedical sectors.
This program provides in-depth training in laboratory analysis techniques , sample management , biochemistry , microbiology , and genetics , preparing students for a wide variety of roles within hospital laboratories, research centers, and biomedical-related industries.
The course focuses on the practical application of scientific knowledge to support medical diagnosis and biomedical research.

Blood Donor Marathon
Participation in the Blood Donor Marathon , in collaboration with the Blood and Tissue Bank, offers students the opportunity to actively contribute to a vital cause for the community.
This activity not only helps to raise awareness about the importance of blood donation but also allows students to develop skills in event organization and communication and outreach strategies.
Laboratory Practices
Practical laboratory sessions provide students with direct experience in essential laboratory techniques , including pathological anatomy, microbiology, molecular biology, chemistry, immunology, hematology, biochemistry, and genetics.
These practices are crucial for understanding biomedical processes and for developing the skills necessary for clinical research and analysis.
CLIL Program (Content and Language Integrated Learning)
This program aims to improve students’ English skills, which are essential in today’s globalized scientific and healthcare field.
It includes the development of a scientific article in English, providing students with a real opportunity to apply and improve their language skills in an academic and professional context.
Open Innovation Projects and Collaboration with the SOC
Open innovation initiatives and collaboration with the Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC) promote the employment of students and encourage the development of innovative projects that respond to the needs of the labor market.
