Upon successful completion of the Equestrian Guide Course in the Natural Environment, participants will receive a Certificate of Professionalism. This accreditation is officially recognized and validates the skills and abilities acquired in equestrian guiding, both in handling techniques and first aid.

To access the course, interested parties must be unemployed and must meet the specific requirements established by the call:

  • Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) certificate or equivalent or higher qualification (alternatively, a key competencies test can be taken at the center).
  • Payroll or current contract (in its absence, the DARDO document as a job seeker).
  • Valid DNI or NIE.

The course includes an 80-hour practical module that takes place in natural environments or on local equestrian grounds. This part of the training allows students to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in real situations, developing their practical skills under the supervision of experienced professionals.

The Certificate of Professionalism obtained can serve as a starting point for access to other related studies, such as advanced guiding courses, specific training in horse handling, or even studies related to sports, health and well-being.

The course opens up several career opportunities in the equestrian guiding sector and related areas. Graduates can work as guides on equestrian trails, equestrian centers, nature reserves, hotels and resorts with equestrian activities, and active tourism organizations, among others.
