ERASMUS POLICY STATEMENT
The participation in Erasmus+ projects is a further step in the process of becoming a more modern and International school.
Our International strategy starts from former mobility projects which give us some experience in cultural exchanges involving secondary, vocational training and high school students.
The International area of our partners has not been marked out yet. We are searching for partners from the European Union, and the most important criteria is that they offer the same studies with the goal that the students in the programme manage to enhance their skills and currículum knowledge. However, it is essential that in the partner’s country English, French or Spanish can be used as lingua franca for students to be able to successfully take part in such a programme.
Our objective for the 2015-2020 period is to manage to access to funded programmes by Erasmus+ in order to be able to provide our students with a relevant mobility experience as part od their currículum and to be able to give all students the same opportunities regardless of their socio-economi background, race, religion or sex. For us, these projects are not a valuable culture and personal experience, but our way to contribute to a better understanding among people in the European Union as well.
Therefore, through the participation of our students and teachers in these projects, we are searching:
To expland the knowledge on another sociocultural means.
2. To expand our knowledge on other learning approaches.
3. To gain experience for a personal and professional growth.
4. To foster the Exchange of experiences.
5. To foster foregin languages learning.
The objective to be fulfilled through our participation in the Erasmus+ project is to provide our students and teachers with the possibility to go on traineeship abroad and thus, give them the chance to get to know how a company from their sector in a diferent country Works and give them the opportunity to improve their lingüístic level and their technical knowledge. This is why we start our participation in Erasmus+ with the intention it becomes a long-lasting project.
