STUDY ABROAD
One of the aims of the Escola Joviat in its students' education is to work towards training citizens and skilled and employable future workers at both national and European levels.
The promotion of exchanges and study abroad strengthens European educational ties, improves the quality of training content and provides elements of innovation.
Participation in mobility projects (student exchanges, company placements) provides an added value that benefits the individual, the system and society in general, in the following terms:
NEXT STUDY ABROAD: FOYLE LANGUAGE SCHOOL

A study abroad programme that began 4 years ago. It is a small language school that is growing very fast. Students take a 3-hour intensive English course every morning. In the afternoons, cultural visits and excursions are organised. On this programme, catering students will be able to go on placements in hotels and restaurants in the city. All the teachers are native. Accommodation is with families carefully selected by the host school.
2007-2008 academic year: 28 November to 7 December 2007.
Student requirements:
- Preferably for baccalaureate and vocational training students.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Demonstrate good behaviour.
- Satisfactory academic results.
Together with the family, the tutor will assess the possibility of the student taking part in the exchange.
