PRESENTATIONFounded in 1960 by Josep Vilaseca Atset, and currently run by his son, Jordi Vilaseca Brugueras, Escola Joviat is one of the most prestigious schools in Europe in the training of professionals for catering and tourism. Every level of training and their specialisations in cookery, service, patisserie, wine waiting, catering and baking, are combined with a highly qualified teaching staff and extensive, well-equipped facilities.
