PRESENTATION
Founded in 1960 by Josep Vilaseca Atset, and currently run by his son, Jordi Vilaseca Brugueras, Escola Joviat is one of the most prestigious schools in Europe in the training of professionals for catering and tourism. Every level of training and their specialisations in cookery, service, patisserie, wine waiting, catering and baking, are combined with a highly qualified teaching staff and extensive, well-equipped facilities.
Enhancing the human values of our students, developing their academic training, enabling them to discover their vocation and seek the most suitable employment in the job market are our everyday challenges.
Since it was first opened in 1986, 2,500 students have studied at the Escola Superior d'Hoteleria de Manresa (Manresa Catering College), many of whom now work in leading positions in the best restaurants in the country and around the world.
